No Bueno Espresso

15–17 g No Bueno
Ice cubes (lots)
Cold milk of choice (oat, almond, or dairy all work beautifully)
Optional: dash of vanilla syrup or honey

Pull your shot: Brew a No Bueno espresso.
Sweeten it up (optional): While the shot is still hot, stir in your vanilla syrup or honey so it melts and blends perfectly.
Cool it down: Let it rest for a minute — or pour it straight over a handful of ice to chill fast.
Add milk: Top with 150–200 ml of cold milk. Stir gently to keep that layered look.
Sip: Serve in a glass cup for full amber-and-cream effect.

Espresso machine with steam wand or a milk frother

Pull your shot: Brew a No Bueno espresso
Steam your milk: Aim microfoam that’s glossy and thick, not bubbly.
Combine: Pour the steamed milk over your No Bueno shot, keeping about ⅓ espresso, ⅓ milk, ⅓ foam.
Swirl & serve: Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or honey for an extra cozy touch.

Grind & dose: Use 15–17 grams of No Bueno. The grind is already espresso-like.
Tamp evenly: Firm pressure, and smooth surface.
Pull your shot: You’ll see a deep amber color and a light, creamy foam.
Taste & tweak: Adjust if it’s too watery or too intense.

1 tsp honey or vanilla syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Crème
1 small strip of orange peel (fresh, not grated)
A pinch of ground cinnamon
Espresso machine & steam wand or milk frother

Pull your shot: Brew a No Bueno espresso
Infuse the flavor: While it’s still hot, stir in the orange peel and cinnamon — let it sit for about 30 seconds to infuse.
Sweeten (optional): Add your honey or vanilla syrup and give it a gentle stir.
Steam your milk: Heat your milk until silky and foamy.
Combine: Pour the spiced shot into your cup, top with steamed milk, cream, and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
